Our packages start from $1 per hour. Since we provide a wide array of services, our costs are not only competitive but also, we strive to provide the lowest cost to our customers.
Will my agents be working for the same clients at the same time?
With a few exceptions in our services, all our agents are dedicated to a single account.
What if one of my agents is not performing can I swap?
We rarely see this happen due to the extensive and scrupulous hiring process and biweekly performance reporting. However, if you still want to swap you can contact your Dedicated Customer Success Manager and they will resolve your problem right away.
Do you work in a specific time zone?
Chatadoo is a 24/7 operational business, and we offer our services in all time zones.
Will I lose control of part of my business or my business if I outsource any department or task?
Certainly not! You retain complete control over 100% of decisions, as Chatadoo functions solely as a supportive partner in any outsourced task or department for your company.
